  The coffee mugs weigh just over a pound by themselves, and are pricey to mail. About $5.60 to the east, and $8.60 to the west.

  By buying multiple items at once, shipping can be done in the USPS bulk rate box.

 Even though this is about $13, the cost per item is reduced.
